Meet Matías Morante, our associate of the month for March 2024! He started at Zimmerman back in 2019 as a Jr. Digital Media Planner and quickly climbed the ranks to Associate Digital Media Planning Director. As a strategic planner, critical thinker, and team player, Matías is seen as a role model and mentor to many associates throughout the agency.
At just 29 years old, Matías has lived in three countries: Peru, Chile, and the United States. His global perspective helps him connect easily with those around him. He also has a strong bond with Luna, his pet bearded dragon, whom he treats as his own child.

JetBlue is growing its footprint in Florida. So, they tapped into Zimmerman for a much needed local perspective. We created messaging we knew would resonate with South Floridians.
Using our hometown airport code, FLL, we created one-word headlines that evoked the emotional benefits of traveling on JetBlue. Along with a subhead that communicated the transactional benefit, we served up a healthy dose of brandtailing.
