You are eligible to receive these benefits on the first of the month following two months of employment.

Time Off

Trust us, Brandtailing is a lot of work. So once in a while you will need some well-earned time off. That’s why we offer you paid National Holidays, personal days, sick days, your birthday, bereavement time and of course, vacation time.

Vacation

  • 10 days (two weeks) for years 0 through 4*
  • 15 days (three weeks) for years 5 through 9
  • 20 days (four weeks) for 10+ years

Sick/Personal Time

  • 10 days

Bereavement

  • 3 consecutive days off per year for death of immediate family members

Parental Leave

  • 0-12 months service = 0 days paid
  • 12-59 months (1-5 years) service = 5 days paid
  • 60+ months (5+ years) service = 10 days paid

  • Eligible immediately

  • 50% discretionary Employer Match up to 4% of compensation

Continuing Education

  • After 1 year of full-time employment
  • 100% for A; 80% for B; 60% for C; 40% for D; 0% for F
